Rubbish Collection

Rubbish is collected from the coloured bins placed at the entrances to the gardens, on the following days:

Tuesday: King Frederik IX Tower, Royal Court and Queen of Denmark Court

Wednesday: Princes Court

Short Term Letting

The use of short term letting services such as AirBnB is strictly prohibited by the lease with the freeholder. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Property Manager.

Noise Control

Please be mindful of excessive noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Please report any disturbances to the Property Manager directly, or via the online Dwellant portal.
