Do let the Managing Agents know if you are moving out of a building, and the details of the person who is replacing you. Advising the Managing Agents on contact details, should there be an emergency, is as important to you as it might be to them.

Ifö bathroom and toilet parts, spares and replacements

All of the original bathroom and toilet parts on the development were manufactured by Ifö. In business since 1887, they produce plumbing fixtures of an extremely high standard. All of the products are engineered, designed, and manufactured in Sweden, guaranteeing the high quality and standard we associate with Scandinavia. Ifö is perhaps most well known for their low-flow, dual-flush toilets. Ifö has been working for the past thirty years on their toilet line, improving the technology for reducing water usage.

In the UK, Ifö toilets, sinks, baths and toilet seats are distributed by The Green Building Store because of the 'green' credentials of the Ifö range.

The door entry systems are maintained by Interphone Security Group (ISG).

Obtaining a Greenland Passage parking permit

To obtain a parking permit you contact David Whittle at Rendall & Rittner (david.whittle@rendallandrittner.co.uk, 020 7977 1892). Each residence is entitled to one residents permit and one visitors permit.

Permits are issued free of charge in January of each year and sent to the Greenland Passage addresses.

If you are a new owner then permits will be initially provided free. If you lose them there will be a charge of £25 for reissuing permits.
If you are renting then your landlord should provide them.

Southwark Council Parking

Should you get a parking ticket whilst parked on the private roads around Greenland Passage (the top part of Finland Street from the start of Royal Court around the top of Queen of Denmark Court and back to South Sea Street and the road which runs from South Sea Street around Princes Court to Greenland Pier) then please see http://www.southwark.gov.uk/info/471/parking_enforcement_and_fines/807/how_to_appeal_a_penalty_charge_notice

Marble tile cleaner

A kind resident has given us the contact details of a company which can provide a solution for cleaning your marble floor and walls tiles without damaging the surface. Thanks Nick (17QDC) for providing us more up to date information.

HG marble cement & lime film remover

One litre (enough for area of 40 to 50 m2) £12.45 including VAT and delivery
Five litres £41.95 including VAT and delivery

They are not sent through the postal system but are delivered by private carrier so, if ordering, please ensure HG Hagesan Ltd are guaranteed to find a recipient at the delivery address. Also, you can pay them over the phone (01206 795200) using a Visa card.

Nick from 17 Queen of Denmark Court has tried the stuff and it seems to work, though it may take several applications where limescale has built up . It appears to work by softening the limescale which, immediately after rinsing, can be wiped off with a cream cleaner.

They also do marble tile protector solution.
